  1. Enter your mobile number. Customers provide a valid mobile number in the form shown here.
  2. Explicitly check the SMS consent box. The checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected.
  3. Receive transactional HexaVox texts. Messages include account alerts, appointment reminders, customer care updates, and verification codes only after consent.
Consent language is displayed directly beside the checkbox and includes STOP / HELP instructions, message frequency, carrier disclaimer text, and the notice that consent is not a condition of purchase.
